The “Year of the Rabbit” is limited to 1,000 unique digital pieces.
Each artwork remains a secret until the grand reveal in February 2024.
For the first collection in his new digital series The Hunt Slonem Experience, renowned painter Hunt Slonem takes his distinctive, decades-long practice of painting bunnies in bold colors and expressive brushwork into the digital. Featuring over 900 unique, blockchain-backed works complemented by 1:1 physical prints, this is the artist’s first time working in digital media and marks a historic moment in his career.
The Hunt Slonem Experience: A Digital Bunny Retrospective is an extension of Hunt’s long-standing routine of creating daily ritual paintings, most often of bunnies, as guestural warm-ups and to experiment with color play. Created from a hand-picked selection of Slonem’s favorite bunny paintings, this inaugural collection honors the profound quotidian element of Slonem's practice, with each offering positioned as its own “snapshot in time” featuring unique titles, colors, and variations.
Each print comes with a Certificate of Authenticity and is digitally signed by Hunt Slonem, ensuring provenance from the studio to the collector.
To celebrate Hunt Slonem’s first-ever digital collection, the artist has offered original bunny paintings which can be earned —free of charge— for collectors who participate in the sale. Further details will be announced via e-mail and social media
